Chief Philanthropy Officer

With nearly two decades of experience in philanthropy and community development, Heather Stevens has dedicated her career to helping organizations create lasting impact. Her journey began unexpectedly in college when a mentor invited her to serve as an Executive Director for an international organization, sparking a lifelong commitment to nonprofit work.

As founder of Rise360 Consulting, Heather partners with organizations to develop strategic funding solutions and build meaningful community connections. Her collaborative approach has helped secure more than $900 million in private and public support for various initiatives across greenspace, art, preservation, healthcare, education, and community development. Her expertise spans capital campaigns, federal and state funding initiatives, and major donor cultivation. She finds joy in bringing people together to achieve shared goals that benefit communities.

Beyond her career, Heather serves the community through various board positions, including as a founding member of RISEgenerosity with the Dallas Foundation, Board of Trustee with Safer Dallas, Board of Trustee for the W. Ray Johnson Family Foundation, Board of Director of Gifting Brands, and as a member of the Dallas Friday Group and Rotary Club of Dallas. These roles allow her to learn from and contribute to organizations making a difference in Dallas and beyond.

A graduate of Texas Tech University, Heather believes in the power of relationship-building and storytelling to create positive change. When not working with clients, she enjoys glass blowing, cooking, and exploring national parks with her architect husband and daughter.
