Jason Brown serves as President & CEO of DCH, a mission-driven organization dedicated to expanding access to housing, resident services, and economic opportunity across North Texas. Under his leadership, DCH focuses on revitalizing neighborhoods and creating pathways to thriving, inclusive communities.

With over a decade of experience in both commercial and residential real estate, Jason has worked alongside REITs, community development financial institutions (CDFIs), philanthropic organizations, and local governments to advance equitable investment strategies.

A recognized advocate for housing policy reform and sustainable urban development, he consistently champions initiatives that support long-term affordability and community resilience.

Jason has been named a Dallas Business Journal 40 Under 40 honoree and is a recipient of the Dallas Black Chamber’s Quest for Success Award, highlighting his leadership, impact, and commitment to equity in the built environment. He’s also an alumnus of the Urban Land Institute Center for Leadership, further demonstrating his dedication to thoughtful, community-centered development.
