Bob Luxen has served as a member of the Fair Park First Board since 2022 and Board Secretary since 2023. He is a Shareholder with and co-founder of the Dallas law firm of Hallett & Perrin. He has been Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 1989 and has tried lawsuits across the country.

Mr. Luxen has been recognized by Thomson Reuters as a Texas Super Lawyer every year since 2003. He has also been recognized for inclusion in the Best Lawyers in America every year since 2006 and is a D Magazine Best Lawyers Recipient.

The Dallas Bar Association has given him the Presidential Citation for his exceptional pro bono services to the Association. He has been active with many not-for-profit organizations but currently is particularly involved and committed to Educational Opportunities which provides scholarship and mentoring to deserving but needy graduates from DISD's magnet high schools.
