Transcend Yoga is designed to offer a balanced and holistic approach to your yoga practice. These classes, led by rotating instructors of color, create an inclusive, grounding, and empowering space to move, breathe, and connect with the community. Whether you're unwinding in the evening with yoga or energizing your morning with Pilates, this series invites you to experience the healing power of movement.

The class will be held at the People's Garden just outside of Texas Discovery Gardens.

In the event of rain or unfavorable weather, class will be relocated indoors to the Fair Park Visitor Center.
