Box Office Information/Location The box office is located outside of Gate A to the left of the stair case at the Cotton Bowl Stadium. The box office will open at least 2 hours ahead of every match and close 10 minutes into the 2nd half. ADA Exchange ADA patrons who require assistance with changing their seat location can visit the ADA ticket exchange located just inside Gate A. ADA exchange tickets are available to all who are in need of them. Exit / Re-entry policy Exit/re-entry to the extended security perimeter is not allowed. However, patrons may exit and enter the stadium gates to purchase concessions throughout the game. The Fan Zone will be open throughout halftime.

We strongly encourage you to arrive early to allow for a smooth and efficient entry. The parking lots will open 2 ½ hours prior to kick off.
